Based on the registration by the Buyer in the online store the Buyer can access their user account.The Buyer can order goods from their user account.

1. Upon signing up for a user account and when ordering goods, the Buyer is obliged to state all information correctly and truthfully. Upon any amendments the Buyer is required to update the data referred to in the user account. The data referred to by the Buyer in the user account and when ordering goods are deemed to be correct by the Seller.

2. Access to the user account is secured by user name and password. The Buyer is obliged to maintain confidentiality in respect of information necessary to access a user account. The Seller is not responsible for any misuse of the user account by third parties.

3. We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

4. The personal data you submit at L&J Pets UK will not be passed on to any unauthorised third party outside the company. However, we may share your information with our certified partners when it is necessary to do so in order to fulfil your order.

In order for the delivery company to provide a time frame for delivery of your parcel, we need to pass on personal details such as your address, email address and, where available, contact phone number to the delivery company. You will receive an email or a text message from the delivery company with further details of your delivery, and the option to change delivery options where possible.

6. As a customer you could actively give us your permission to send you personalised special offers and advertisements by L&J Pets UK These will be sent to your postal or e-mail address.

7. While registering with L&J Pets UK, you can also subscribe to one of our marketing newsletters. If you wish to terminate the subscription, you may do so at any time at your own convenience.

8. The Buyer is not entitled to allow the use of the user account to third parties.

9. The Seller may cancel the Buyer’s account, especially in cases where the Buyer is no longer using their user account, or if the Buyer breaches their obligations under the purchase contract (including terms and conditions).

10. The Buyer acknowledges that the user account may not be available continuously, particularly with regard to the necessary maintenance of the Seller’s hardware and software, or the necessary maintenance of the hardware and software of third parties.
