Returns Policy


If any product purchased from L&J Pets UK is found to be damaged in transit we will either replace or refund the product at the customers discretion provided we are notified within 3 Days of delivery if the delivery has been signed for as received or 7 days if the delivery was not signed for. All returns must be notified to L&J Pets UK prior to return within 14 days of delivery of the product. Any packing errors with your order must also be notified within 14 days of delivery.


In the event of a customer ordering an item from L&J Pets UK in error and through no fault of L&J Pets UK we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to L&J Pets UK at the customers expense within 14 days unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, L&J Pets UK reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
